TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- All Sales & Services are Subject to Indian Government regulations.
- Freight, Packing will be charged extra as actual.
- Prices are subject to change due to constant up gradation & change in Indian & State Government Policies.
- Price is valid for next 60 days.
- GST @18% extra.
- Delivery period will be 4-6 weeks from the date of receipt of confirmed purchase order.
- Payment 50% along with purchase order & 50% at the time of dispatch.
- Warranty One Year from the date of invoice.
- Installation:
- a. Installation Charge of Rs 10,000 plus Rs 2,500 per extra day will be charged.
- b. Installation will be Free of Cost if is it is done On-line.
- All contractual relations between Mind Tek and the Customer shall be governed exclusively by Indian law.
- b. The courts of Ambala shall have exclusive jurisdiction in case of any disputes arising directly or indirectly from the contractual relationship.
